As of February 3, 2023, the Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) have been discontinued.
The Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Non-Emergency Regulations are now in effect until February 3, 2025. These regulations apply to most workers in California not covered by Cal/OSHA’s Aerosol Transmissible Diseases standard.
