Learn about how to eat well and be active on a budget.  A different topic each month.  Enjoy free samples and food prep/cooking demos.

Yoga R&B Yoga and Meditation
Join us for a unique and rejuvenating experience that combines R&B sounds with a series of yoga poses. This class is designed to help participants find harmony between their mind, body and soul.   No experience necessary.  Open to all ages!

Zumba Fitness & Nutrition

Join us for FREE Zumba and nutrition classes! Get fit and learn how to make healthy beverage choices. Taste test a refreshing new drink at each class! Classes are beginner friendly and open to all ages and abilities. All ages welcome.

West African Dance

Fun and exhilarating classes that will move your entire body.  With dances that range from the Mandinka Kingdom to the Songhai Empires of Africa, you will enjoy the beautiful history and culture, while experiencing an amazing workout!  Open to all ages!

Food Art Classes (All Ages and Family Friendly)


In this 4-week workshop, the worlds of art and food collide for a creative culinary venture!  What is food art? Think fruit and vegetable turkeys for Thanksgiving, fruit trays in the shape of a rainbow or balloons made of grapes. It’s fun, creative, and delicious!

Community Drum Circle

Drum circles use rhythm to promote healing and self-expression. In this class, you will learn how to use West African djembe drums and other percussion instruments. Enjoy community while creating beautiful music!   Open to all ages!
