Irwindale, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Pasadena,

The Pomona Wellness Community offers a place for
community members to gather, find resources, or
participate in wellness activities. At the
Wellness Community, there are a variety of

This report presents a snapshot of the health of the population of
Los Angeles County overall and in each of the county's eight SPAs.
Health indicators in this report include health risk behaviors,
limited access to services, and health damaging social, economic,
and environmental conditions. |

LA County Mortality Report |
In this report, data are presented on the leading causes of death
and premature death in Los Angeles County. Data on mortality trends
are presented for the period of 2008-2017, the last year for which
data on all deaths are available. |

Beginning December 15, 2013, there will be a fee for all immunizations: $15 per child or adult or $30 for a family with 2 or more children. If you have health insurance or a regular health care provider who covers immunizations, please contact your regular health care provider for the immunizations. If you cannot pay this fee, please let the clerk know. No child will be denied vaccines due to inability to pay.
