R&B Yoga and Meditation Classes
join us for a unique and rejuvenating experience that combines R&B music beats with a series of yoga poses.  This class is designed to help participants find harmony between their mind, body and soul.  Open to all ages!

Latin Dance Fitness
Latindancefitness Improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and balance.  Help with symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve your mood and social connection, and reduce feelings of loneliness.  All while having fun!  All ages welcome.

Art of Me Workshops (All Ages and Family Friendly)

Provides a supportive environment for youth to unleash their creativity and self expression through various forms of therapeutic arts, such as collages, food art, ceramics and other artistic mediums.  No experience needed!

 

Classes are designed to help participants use art to build confidence, autonomy, self worth, and improve their ability to express their emotions, thoughts and experiences.
