Pomona Wellness Community offers a place for community members to gather, find resources, or participate in wellness activities. Support includes mental health, substance use, and general health and wellness resources. All activities are FREE and open to the community.

Yoga R&B Yoga and Meditation
Join us for a unique and rejuvenating experience that combines R&B sounds with a series of yoga poses. This class is designed to help participants find harmony between their mind, body and soul.   No experience necessary.  Open to all ages!

Zumba Fitness & Nutrition

West African Dance

Fun and exhilarating classes that will move your entire body.  With dances that range from the Mandinka Kingdom to the Songhai Empires of Africa, you will enjoy the beautiful history and culture, while experiencing an amazing workout!  Open to all ages!

Help Me Grow LA works with families to find and connect to services that can support their child's development (0-5 years).  Representatives can help with referrals to developmental screenings and check-ups.
