Sage User Enrollment

There are four unique processes required to get access to Sage.  For detailed information, please see the "Sage User Onboarding/Offboarding and Privilege Management" guide. For detailed information on the Sage Access Groups, please see the "Sage Access Group Descriptions" guide.

  • C Number Creation

  • C Number Registration

  • Sage Registration

    • All user creation, modification, and termination requests will be submitted directly through the Sage Help Desk online portal using the “Request Something” option like the “Modify a Medical Record” request. The Sage Liaison for each agency will have access to submit the requests.

    • Click on  Sage ProviderConnect User Creation Form to download the Online Sage User Provisioning Workflow. Please follow the steps to create, update, or terminate Sage user information.   • Sage Training

    • Complete the PCNX Training Videos for your access level.
    • PCNX QR Code Take the PCNX Training Videos Post-Test and achieve a passing score of 80% (16/20) or greater.
    • Complete the PCNX Training Attestation Form   Sage ProviderConnect User Creation Form   and submit it when requesting the creation of a new Sage user account.
