Pomona Wellness Community offers a place for community members to gather, find resources, or participate in wellness activities. Support includes mental health, substance use, and general health and wellness resources. All activities are FREE and open to the community.

Yoga Sound Bath & Yoga Flow
Join us for a unique and rejuvenating experience that combines sounds with a series of yoga poses. This class is designed to help participants find harmony between their mind, body and soul.   Open to all ages!

Dance and Fitness
Latindancefitness Latin Dance Fitness
Improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and balance.  Help with symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve your mood and social connection, and reduce feelings of loneliness.  All while having fun!  All ages welcome.

Chronic stress can affect our mind and body. Learn about:
