Teen Mindfulness Group

For Teens

Teens ages 14-17 are invited to join "A Still Quiet Place."  This virtual mindfulness group will help you find that place of peace and power inside of you.  The group will help guide you in techniques and strategies to help you balance your emotions, stay focused, become aware of your thoughts and needs.  You will learn how to be kind to yourself.  Most of all, it will help you deal with stress!
