Pomona Wellness Community offers a place for community members to gather, find resources, or participate in wellness activities. Support includes mental health, substance use, and general health and wellness resources. All activities are FREE and open to the community.

Programs

Hands Only CPR (in-person)

Hands-Only CPR training (In-person)

Hands-Only CPR is a life-saving skill that increases the survival rate of a person in a cardiac arrest emergency.  Attend a free, 10 minute training and be the difference for someone!

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday (1-3PM)

Every 3rd Wednesday (3-4:30PM)

 

No need to register, just walk in!

Become empowered to advocate for yourself and your partner.  Learn what to expect in each stage of pregnancy.  Join a community of support and get access to the tools you need for a more healthy and joyous birth for your baby and pregnant partner.

The Pomona Wellness Community is a service of the Department of Public Health. Service Planning Area 3, or SPA 3, serves the communities in the San Gabriel Valley. Visit SPA 3 for more information.
