Pomona Wellness Community offers a place for community members to gather, find resources, or participate in wellness activities. Support includes mental health, substance use, and general health and wellness resources. All activities are FREE and open to the community.

PWC_Byoga Beginner's Yoga
Beginner’s Yoga is a unique and inclusive yoga experience that combines music with beginner-friendly techniques. Open to adults and children ages 10 years and older.  Join us!

West African Dance
Fun and exhilarating classes that will move your entire body. With dances that range from the Mandinka Kingdom to the Songhai Empires of Africa, you will enjoy the beautiful history and culture, while experiencing an amazing workout! Open to all ages!

Toy Loan Program Toy Loan Program
A free program for kids to borrow toys. It works just like a library. Your child chooses and “checks out” a toy and returns it the following week.

Signing Time!
This workshop is designed to teach families and kids how to use sign language to communicate! We’ll learn simple signs that can help babies and young children express their needs and feelings, even before they can speak. Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or teacher, this workshop will help you connect with kids using signs, making it easier for everyone to understand each other.
