3 WINS Fitness had an excellent public health message
and was a kinesiology student-led free exercise program offered to underserved communities throughout Los
Angeles County. The program promoted professional student development, reducing health inequities and
increasing community health. This program
was a triple-win situation for Los Angeles County.
