🛡️ KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

Whether you are at work, home or in your community, it's important that everyone know their rights when interacting with law enforcement – including immigration agents

🔇 You have the right to remain silent

If officers ask you questions, you can say: “I choose to remain silent.”

You have the right to consult with an attorney before answering any questions or signing any documents.

🚪 Protect your home

Law enforcement cannot enter your home without your permission unless they have a warrant signed by a judge.

⚠️ An administrative warrant from the Department of Homeland Security does not give officers the right to enter your home against your will.
