Give Tdap Vaccine
Maximize convenience for patients by providing Tdap vaccine in your prenatal clinic. Give Tdap during 3rd trimester every pregnancy. |
Refer for Tdap
If your clinic does not offer Tdap vaccine: Write a prescription and refer Fee-for-Service and Presumptive Eligibility Medi-Cal patients to a local pharmacy. Ask for documentation of vaccination. Managed Care patients should be referred back to their primary care provider for Tdap. Ask for documentation of Tdap vaccination. |
Add Tdap to Prenatal
Care Checklists
Add Tdap to your prenatal care checklists with other lab and important prenatal tests. |
Educate OB and
CPSP Staff
