About Lodging and Institutions Program
The Lodging and Institutions program is responsible for the enforcement of public health laws pertaining to hotels, motels, boarding homes, boarding schools, interim housing, and private school cafeterias. Additionally, this program regulates food facilities and swimming pools at hotels and motels.
