The Custodian of Records coordinates the processing of requests for records made pursuant to the California Public Records Act (CPRA) received by the Department of Public Health (DPH).
Please review the Frequently Requested Records section below to see if the records you are seeking are available online. Please note that requests for information (e.g., questions about a specific Public Health matter), as opposed to records are not subject to the CPRA and should instead be directed to DPHs Infoline at (833) 540-0473. Informational inquiries will be forwarded to the appropriate DPH staff member for a response.
