Ask the Dietitian Program at Farmers'
The Ask the Dietitian Program at
markets runs from March to November of each year. Healthy recipes
emphasizing fruits and vegetables available at farmers' markets are provided at our booths. You

The goal of the Ask the Dietitian Program at Farmers’ Markets is
to increase consumption of California grown produce and to foster
public private partnerships with the Farmers’ Markets, local
organizations and the Department of Public Health, by
maintaining a visible presence in communities in Los Angeles
The Ask the Dietitian Program at Farmers’ Market program takes
place in communities at Farmers’ Markets at various locations in
Los Angeles County. The communities can expect the Ask the
Dietitian at Farmers Market program to be at that Farmers Market
once a month or every other month at a specific time and day.
