What is a Healthy Weight and
Why Should You Achieve It?

You might think a healthy weight is a low number on a scale or a slim body. Looking and feeling your best does not mean you need to look like everyone else. Healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes. 

A healthy weight depends on various factors, including your height and age. A quick way to know whether your current weight is healthy is knowing your Body Mass Index or BMI.

Body Mass Index (BMI)

BMI is a measure of body fat based on your weight in relation to your height. In general, the higher your BMI, the greater your risk of developing serious weight-related health problems.
