Effective March 15, 2021 the COVID Designated SNF Program has been discontinued as the need for these facilities decreases. If there are additional COVID-19 surges in the future, we may reinstate the program. For the foreseeable future, however, all transfers to all SNFs should adhere to the Facility Transfer rules.
