PLACE Overview of Assistance by City

The table below provides a summary of PLACE's work by city. The items below were completed through direct funding and/or technical assistance. In general, PLACE's work falls into three categories, all of which intend to promote positive health outcomes:

  • Policy - development of overarching policies that support future planning and implementation strategies
  • Planning - development of planning documents that support future implementation of programs and infrastructure
  • Implementation - development of grant applications, guidance, and program support that leads to on-the-ground implementation
