You are about to enter the LAC DHS Intranet. To log in, click on the Intranet
LOGIN link on this page and enter your username and password. If you
are a first time user, click the "First Time User" link to
register your account information.
After logging in, to access the Public Health Nursing (PHN) Intranet site in the DHS
intranet, you will need to scroll down until you find the PHN Intranet link.
In the Public Health Nursing site of the DHS Intranet, you will be able to access the following:
- A Calendar of Events for DPH PHN
- Nursing Administration Phone List
- Nurse Manager and Program Specialist Phone Lists
- The PHN Community Database, including some fields that are not available to the public
- Leadership Summit PowerPoint presentations
- Self-Learning Modules
- Various Nursing Manuals
