Ensuring Access to Evidence-Based Information

This toolkit provides a centralized collection of ready-to-use evidence-based educational materials and immunization resources designed to support outreach, education, and engagement efforts across Los Angeles County. Resources are available in multiple languages and include vaccine fact sheets for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, parent education booklets, free and low-cost clinic listings, on-demand training videos, and immunization requirement guides for schools and childcare settings. These materials may be accessed and utilized by a wide range of partners, including County departments, community-based organizations, community health workers, healthcare providers, schools, and other trusted messengers.
