About Drinking Water Program
The Drinking Water Program is responsible for regulating small water systems and wells construction and decommission pursuant to State laws and regulations. We
- Review, approve, inspect, and permit the construction or decommission of private, commercial, public or municipal water wells, monitoring wells, or soil borings within Los Angeles County
- Conduct inspections and surveys of small water systems. Monitor and ensure said water system meet chemical and bacteriological standards
