Community Health Education and Linkages

The Community Health Education & Linkages (CHEL) Program is the centralized space for health education practice and public health resource referrals for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. From connecting residents to local resources and timely information, to linking Public Health experts to community partners for presentations and trainings, CHEL strengthens the community's connection to Public Health. We strive to achieve the following Vision and Mission:
