Under the direction of the Ombudsman, the Quality Assurance (QA) program acts to ensure that all programs within Environmental Health (EH) are adhering to current policies and procedures, thereby enhancing uniformity, quality, professionalism, and integrity throughout EH.

- Conducts investigations in response to complaints received from citizens and industry regarding the quality of inspections, competence and conduct of the inspector, and disputes related to inspection scores
