Annual Invoicing Has Been Deferred Until September 30, 2021
The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated businesses across multiple sectors. And though many sectors have begun gradually re-opening since early March, businesses are still recovering from the economic fallout of the pandemic. The County wants to continue to provide relief and support to impacted businesses. Each year, businesses are required to renew their annual health permit by June 30. The Board of Supervisors recently voted that an extension be provided again this year, through September 30, 2021. This means that your current Public Health Permit that was set to expire on June 30, 2021 will be valid until September 30,2021.
Invoices for FY21-22 health permit/license will be mailed with an invoice due date of September 30, 2021. If you do not receive an invoice by the end of August, please contact Permits & Licensing at 888-700-9995 for a copy of your invoice. To pay permits online click here.
Any past due amounts for the prior year are due and payable immediately. Operating without a current Public Health Permit/License is a violation of the Los Angeles County Code.
Thank you again for your partnership in keeping our residents safe. Should you have any questions about payment due dates, please call (888) 700-9995
