Condoms for Individuals and CBOs
The Health Education Unit offers free condoms by mail to all interested Los Angeles County residents. Approximately 10-12 lubricated latex condoms and STD educational materials will be sent in a discreet brown manila envelope.
To request a free condom packet by mail, please call the STD Hotline at 1-800-758-0880. If you call after hours, you may leave a message with your name and address.
When you call to request condoms, we will ask you for:
- Your name
- An address where you would like the condoms mailed to you.
Your name and address will be handwritten on the envelope and only our return address will be stamped in the upper left-hand corner (i.e., there will be no indication that it came from the STD Program).
Free Condoms for Community Based Organizations (CBOs)
