HOW TO ORDER FREE CONDOMS

For Individuals Living in LA County

To get free condoms, including female condoms, mailed to you in a plain manila envelope, contact Philip Phan at condoms@ph.lacounty.gov or (213) 744-5952. Condoms can also be ordered 24 hours a day using the STD Hotline's automated phone system at 1-800-758-0880.

For Individuals Living outside LA County
If you are age 12-19 and live in California, visit TeenSource.org for information about the Condom Access Project (CAP) - a free service that provides condoms for youth.

If you are age 20 or over, visit www.condomfinder.org and enter your zip code to find organizations and businesses near you that offer free condoms.

For Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Schools in LA County
Condoms, including female condoms, are available on a limited basis free of charge to non-profit CBOs that serve individuals at high risk for STDs and HIV. For female condoms, we recommend that staff of your agency attend a brief training that we can provide free of charge at your location.
