  • The California Smokers' Helpline (1-800-NO-BUTTS or 1-800-462-8887)
    The California Smokers Helpline is a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL telephone counseling program that can help you quit smoking. When you call, a friendly staff person will offer a choice of services: self-help materials, a referral list of other programs, and one-on-one counseling over the phone. Counseling is available in TDD/TYY and five languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese.
