The Office of Women’s Health (OWH) was established in 1998 to improve the health status of women in Los Angeles County by providing education and promoting resources, programs, and policies that are helpful and responsive to women, reducing health disparities, and increasing access to culturally competent, comprehensive health services.

This health consumer educational campaign consists of a short quiz and an information booklet. Take the quiz to find out how much you know about eating well, being active, and other healthy habits. Plus, learn tips on how to be Health Smart.
