My Health LA (MHLA)
My Health LA is a no-cost health care program for people who live in Los Angeles County. MHLA is free to individuals and families who do not have and cannot get health insurance, such as Full-Scope Medi-Cal.
Medi-Cal Dental Program
The Medi-Cal Program currently offers dental services as one of the program's many benefits. Under the guidance of the California Department of Health Care Services, the Medi-Cal Dental Program aims to provide Medi-Cal beneficiaries with access to high-quality dental care.
211 LA County
211 LA is the central source for providing information and referrals for all health and human services in LA County. The 2-1-1 phone line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, with trained Community Resource Advisors prepared to offer help with any situation, any time. LA County Department of Public Social Services: Resources for Immigrants
Recently, many Los Angeles County residents have voiced concerns regarding proposed changes to existing immigration policies and the potential impact to benefits administered by the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS). Because Federal and State laws regarding public assistance programs have not changed, DPSS remains committed to providing Los Angeles County residents with effective and caring service, regardless of their immigration status.
