Mission To create innovative partnerships that empower low-income communities to increase fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, and food security with the goal of preventing obesity and other chronic diseases.

                 

1. Local Impact: We provide training, coordination, and communications support to all Network-funded projects and other stakeholders in the region.

2. Mobilize: The Los Angeles Collaborative for Healthy Active Children consists of over 100 stakeholders working to stop the epidemic of overweight children in Los Angeles.

3. Outreach: Through our regional Campaigns and Programs, we encourage others to become 'champions for change' by making healthy choices in their communities.
