Latino Campaign Description

The Network for a Healthy California--Latino Campaign is to empower low-income Latino adults and their families to consume the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables and enjoy physical activity every day. The Latino Campaign airs Spanish and English television and radio advertisements, operates mobile billboards, and works with bilingual spokespeople who present the important issues to the media. The campaign also conducts community-level interventions through festivals, farmers/flea markets, neighborhood markets and health service providers.
