The Harvest of the Month Facts at a Glance, Sentence Patterning Chart (SPC), and Poetry/Chants are designed to be utilized by K-12 classroom teachers who participate in the Harvest of the Month program. These GLAD materials highlight the monthly produce along with the integration of Language Arts, ELD, and Health Education California Content Standards.

K-8 - Classroom (Teacher)
A monthly collection of 2-5 recipes that have been approved for cooking in the classroom. All recipes have been calculated for classroom taste testing (~¼ cup each for 20-35 students). One page.
K-8 - Home (Parent)
The same monthly collection of 2-5 recipes that students may have had the opportunity to try in the classroom can be sent home for the whole family to try. Recipes are converted from classroom taste test sizes to servings of ~4-6. Print on the back side of your Family Newsletter!
