Public Health Library

The Public Health Library serves researchers, population health experts, and medical practitioners working for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.

The Library addresses the general reference, staff development and scientific research needs of DPH employees who require health-related information.

The Public Health Library acquires, organizes, and maintains a collection of materials, in both print and electronic formats; locates and retrieves documents; and provides any assistance and training necessary to access and utilize information resources and services. Staff also routinely elevate and promote new literature aligned with the current research activities of DPH employees.
