The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Environmental Health Division, is responsible
for routinely inspecting all apartment buildings and condominiums with 5 units or more to ensure
that residential housing within Los Angeles County is safe, sanitary, and fit for human habitation.
As a new service, we are providing the latest inspection results from the past two years for all
properties inspected. However, there is approximately a 3-week lag time between the inspection and
posting the information on this site.
You may enter a variety of criteria for your search. For example, you can limit your search to a
single address, search for all locations within a zip code or city, or restrict your search to a
specific inspection date(s). After entering your search criteria, click on the
