"Training Evaluation or 'How Do
I Know if They Learned Anything?'"
Health Education Administration partners with the
Pacific Public Health Training Center (PPHTC) to provide
trainings that not only increase knowledge but also
provide opportunities to practice newly acquired skills.
This month's HEN activity consisted of a PPHTC all day
training addressing how to evaluate a training session.
Dr. Kimberly Shoaf from UCLA facilitated the training
session that covered everything from defining evaluation
to developing evaluation tools. For more
