"Healthy County Employee: Paradox or Possibility?"
The Health Education Network turned our focus inward in April looking at how to live
more healthy lives as employees of the LA County Department of Public Health.
Attendees learned how to make their office spaces more ergonomic to prevent
office-related injuries, how to make healthier decisions when dining out, and how to
fit physical activity into their daily routines.
