FRANCHISE TAX BOARD UNIT
This unit coordinates and administers all mandated Franchise Tax Board (FTB)
activities. In addition it reviews all referrals, records and processes each FTB case.
Appeal hearings are arranged and all persons involved are notified of denial or
approval of actual appeal.
LEGAL OWNERSHIP
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SERVICES
This unit coordinates the provision of emergency ownership information to all
Environmental Health staff. Requests for ownership verification, including title
searches, grant deeds, and County tax records are also handled by this unit.

FINANCE AND CASHIERING
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SERVICES
- Oversee all accounts receivable regarding permits, plan check fees, etc. Prepare both monthly and daily collection reports.
- Coordinate and process petty cash activities and requests.
- Prepare and process Internal Services Department work orders.
- Maintain and update equipment maintenance agreements and maintain small equipment inventories.
- Coordinates telecommunication activities and equipment.
