What is the Virtual Town Hall Meeting?

The Town Hall is a virtual community engagement meeting hosted by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (Public Health). The purpose of the Town Hall is to address community questions and concerns regarding the 2015-16 Aliso Canyon blowout and response and to provide information on the Aliso Canyon Disaster Health Research Study (ACDHRS). Town Hall attendees will have the opportunity to hear from, and have their questions addressed by, Public Health leadership and the ACDHRS project team.

  1. Join the virtual ACDHRS Town Hall on WebEx video-conference event
  2. You will be asked to enter the event number (or access code). Please enter: 145 707 6216

  4. You will then be asked to enter your name and contact information (please feel free to enter ‘anonymous’ if you prefer not to provide your information).

Are you new to WebEx video-conferencing?

Please join us for a Virtual Town Hall Test Run on September 9 from 5:00 – 6:00 PM PST. See event information at the top of this webpage. The practice test run will be hosted by the Public Health ACDHRS project team and IT team. During this meeting, community members will be able to learn the WebEx video-conference platform, and get a feel for how the public comment/Q&A session will run. Attendees can have their questions about WebEx answered by the Public Health IT team, and experience what having an AT&T moderator will be like.
