NOTICE OF A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION

This “Notice” is hereby given to the residents of this property that a routine inspection will be conducted at the address below. The Los Angeles County Code requires a routine inspection of all rental units be conducted every four years by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Environmental Health Division. The purpose of this inspection is to identify and correct any State or Los Angeles County Health and Safety Code habitability violations.

Inspections will only be conducted in units where an adult at least 18 years or older is present. The tenant has the right to be present during the inspection and to share any questions or concerns with the inspector. If the tenant cannot be present, the tenant may agree to the inspection by providing the landlord with a Tenant Consent Form. The landlord or representative will be present during the inspection and address questions the inspector may have about specific conditions at this property.
