About Climate Change and Sustainability
The Climate Change and Sustainability Program works to protect all LA County residents, especially communities of color and low-income communities, from climate impacts. We do this by promoting actions that slow climate change and improve the ability of LA’s communities to cope with and bounce back from extreme heat, wildfires, and other climate events. Climate change is happening now, and there are actions you can take to protect yourself, your family, and your community.
