This program is responsible for investigating environmental conditions at residential, commercial, industrial, educational, governmental, and health care facilities following recognized industry standards and scientific principles in order to protect the public from chemical, biological, and physical health hazards. These health hazards include indoor and outdoor air pollution, molds, asbestos, bio-aerosols, industrial and household chemicals, dusts, gases, particulates, pesticides, vapors, and industrial and residential noise.
