:::  Management Information Systems (MIS) is made up of both the MIS Support Section and the Programming Support Section.

.::  MIS Support - Consists of Information Systems Analysts, Computer Operators and clerks who provide services in the following units: Technical Support, Network Support and the Provider Support.
  • Technical Support responds to all service requests received for hardware and/or software from 750 plus users located at headquarters and 63 offsite locations.

  • Network Support maintains all systems, databases, and servers, as well as connectivity to the Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), State Application, and GroupWise for Children’s Medical Services (CMS).

  • Provider Support maintains current information on over 17,500 providers associated with the programs.
.::  Programming Support - Consists of a versatile programming staff - Cache/Mumps, SQL, Access, Web/Browser - who work on the maintenance and development of the all systems and databases.
