.::  Accrued Benefits
Vacation Time - is accrued through the first year of employment, after which you are eligible for two weeks time off.
Holiday Time - is given to employees 11 times per year.
Sick Time - is accrued up to 10 days during your first year.
Personal Time - may be used from your sick time up to 72 hours per year.
 
.::  Leave of Absences
Jury Duty Time - is available to permanent employees who are called upon to serve as jurors.
Bereavement Time - is available to full time permanent employees in the event of the death of a close relative.
Family Care Leave and Family School Partnership Act - are available to those who meet the qualifications.
Military Leave - available to permanent employees who are called to active duty.
 

 
.::  Salaries
Salaries in Los Angeles County are provided through a salary range for each classification. Most classifications have five salary levels.
The annual salary for Occupational Therapist I or Physical Therapist I is currently $69,075. Your exact salary will be discussed with you at the time you become employed.
   
.::  Insurance and Retirement
Medical & Dental Insurance - is available to full time employees and their families.
Life Insurance - in the amount of $2000 is provided to full time employees at no charge.
Retirement Plans - are available through a choice of options at the time of employment.
