At this time, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has concluded our in-home vaccination program for homebound patients.

For patients with insurance, please contact your insurance provider for homebound options going forward. In addition, COVID-19 vaccines continue to be offered at pharmacies and other locations pending availability. Please refer to the following links to find clinics near you:

Long Beach residents can request for in-home vaccination here or call the COVID-19 Info Line: 562-570-2974.

Pasadena residents can call the Pasadena Public Health Department at 626-744-6089, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
