FREE healthy eating workshops
Join us for FREE!  During these workshops, we will discuss topics on healthy eating and physical activity that promote overall health and wellness. These workshops will include tips on healthy eating, smart food shopping, and learn how to read the Nutrition Facts Label.

FREE adult and senior physical activity classes
Studies demonstrate the beneficial effects of exercise and physical activity, including for those with chronic health conditions. Join one of our Community Health Workers twice a month for a fun physical activity program.
FREE adult hands-only CPR demonstrations and trainings
Why be a Heart Hero? The leading cause of death is cardiac arrest. Learning to perform Hands-Only CPR may help save the life of someone you know and love.

 NOTE: These workshops do not provide a CPR certification card.
FREE sexual health education workshops: Teen talks
During these workshops, we will discuss content related to teens' sexuality and sexual health. These workshops are designed to educate and intended to increase youth knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases, increase confidence in communicating with peers, partners, and adults about sexual health.
FREE virtual workshops for adults : How to talk to teens about sexual health
These workshops will discuss content related to teens' sexuality and sexual health. These workshops will introduce parents, guardians, and caregivers of middle and high school age youth to topics related to a sexually transmitted diseases, how to help youth increase their confidence in communicating with peers, partners, and adults about sexual health.
