A Description of Surveillance Systems Used to Monitor Seasonal Influenza in L.A. County
The Acute Communicable Disease Control program of Public Health uses collected surveillance data to
produce Influenza Watch - a weekly newsletter describing influenza in Los Angeles County.
The newsletter will also include important news, announcements, and guidelines concerning influenza.
