For Individuals Living in LA County
To get free condoms mailed to you in a plain manila envelope contact Philip Phan at pphan@ph.lacounty.gov or (213) 744-5952. Condoms can also be ordered 24 hours a day using the STD Hotline’s automated phone system at 1-800-758-0880.

For Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Schools
Condoms are available on a limited basis free of charge to non-profit CBOs that serve individuals at high risk for STDs and HIV. Contact Philip Phan for more information.
