GO4Life Senior Exercise Program and Hands-Only CPR workshops
GO4Life image

Session’s description: Developed by the National Institute on Aging at NIH, Go4Life is based on studies that demonstrate the beneficial effects of exercise and physical activity for older people, including those with chronic health conditions. Follow a virtual instructor as she leads an exercise routine designed specifically for adults over age 50. These exercises can be done at home, at work, at the gym—almost anywhere! Practice all 4 types of exercises: Endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. The Go4Life materials are meant to provide practical tips and options for older adults (and adults of any age!) to design their own exercise routines and to help them lead a more active life.

Hands-Only CPR Workshops
